The quilt patch titled
     Subject: mm/page_idle: constify 'struct bin_attribute'
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     mm-page_idle-constify-struct-bin_attribute.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into the mm-stable branch
of git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/akpm/mm

The sysfs core now allows instances of 'struct bin_attribute' to be moved
into read-only memory.  Make use of that to protect them against
accidental or malicious modifications.
