The quilt patch titled
     Subject: x86: pgtable: convert to use tlb_remove_ptdesc()
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     x86-pgtable-convert-to-use-tlb_remove_ptdesc.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into the mm-stable branch
of git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/akpm/mm

Subject: x86: pgtable: convert to use tlb_remove_ptdesc()

The x86 has already been converted to use struct ptdesc, so convert it to
use tlb_remove_ptdesc() instead of tlb_remove_table().
