The quilt patch titled
     Subject: mseal sysmap: enable x86-64
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     mseal-sysmap-enable-x86-64.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into the mm-stable branch
of git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/akpm/mm

Provide support for CONFIG_MSEAL_SYSTEM_MAPPINGS on x86-64, covering the
vdso, vvar, vvar_vclock.

Production release testing passes on Android and Chrome OS.
