The quilt patch titled
     Subject: mm-add-config_page_block_order-to-select-page-block-order-fix
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     mm-add-config_page_block_order-to-select-page-block-order-fix.patch

This patch was dropped because it was folded into mm-add-config_page_block_order-to-select-page-block-order.patch
