The quilt patch titled
     Subject: mm: make mk_pte() definition unconditional
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     mm-make-mk_pte-definition-unconditional.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into the mm-stable branch
of git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/akpm/mm

All architectures now use the common mk_pte() definition, so we can remove
the condition.
