The quilt patch titled
     Subject: kexec_core-fix-error-code-path-in-the-kexec_jump-flow-fix
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     kexec_core-fix-error-code-path-in-the-kexec_jump-flow-fix.patch

This patch was dropped because it was folded into kexec_core-fix-error-code-path-in-the-kexec_jump-flow.patch
