[PATCH 04/23] gitr: remove CONFIG_KERNEL_CI support

Remove CONFIG_KERNEL_CI support from gitr workflow:
- Remove GITR_KERNEL_CI_LOOP variables
- Remove gitr-baseline-loop and gitr-dev-loop targets
- Remove gitr-baseline-kernelci and gitr-dev-kernelci targets
- Update help menu to remove references
- Remove kernel-ci script symlinks
