The quilt patch titled
     Subject: mempolicy-clarify-what-zone-reclaim-means-fix
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     mempolicy-clarify-what-zone-reclaim-means-fix.patch

This patch was dropped because it was folded into mempolicy-clarify-what-zone-reclaim-means.patch
