Per repology, current shipping versions are:

                 RHEL-9: 3.8.3
              Debian 13: 3.8.9
       openSUSE Leap 15: 3.8.3
       Ubuntu LTS 22.04: 3.7.5
                FreeBSD: 3.8.10
              Fedora 42: 3.8.10
                OpenBSD: 3.8.10
         macOS HomeBrew: 3.8.10

Ubuntu 22.04 is our oldest constraint at this time.
