The quilt patch titled
     Subject: mm/khugepaged: rename hpage_collapse_* to collapse_*
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     mm-khugepaged-rename-hpage_collapse_-to-collapse_.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into the mm-stable branch
of git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/akpm/mm

The hpage_collapse functions describe functions used by madvise_collapse
and khugepaged.  remove the unnecessary hpage prefix to shorten the
function name.
