The quilt patch titled
     Subject: mm/khugepaged: improve tracepoints for mTHP orders
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     mm-khugepaged-improve-tracepoints-for-mthp-orders.patch

This patch was dropped because an updated version will be issued

to give better insight into what order is being operated at for.
