The quilt patch titled
     Subject: mm-page_vma_mapped-fix-device-private-pmd-handling-fix
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     mm-page_vma_mapped-fix-device-private-pmd-handling-fix.patch

This patch was dropped because it was folded into mm-page_vma_mapped-fix-device-private-pmd-handling.patch
