This adds dynamic debug logs for:
- Memory allocation (OOM) failures when requesting
death notifications
- Registration and cancellation lifecycle events
(BC_REQUEST / BC_CLEAR)
- Delivery of death notification events to userspace
(BR_DEAD_BINDER)
