Correct the spelling of "responding" which was incorrectly written
as "respoding" in the Document/ABI/testing/sysfs-platform-dfl-port
ABI testing file.

Issue identified using:
`codespell -D - -S "*.bin,*.o,*.a,*.so,*.ko,*.gz,*.png,*.jpg" Documentation/`
