[merged mm-stable] mm-name-some-args-in-a-function-declaration.patch removed from -mm tree

The quilt patch titled
     Subject: mm: name some args in a function declaration
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     mm-name-some-args-in-a-function-declaration.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into the mm-stable branch
of git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/akpm/mm

Checkpatch complains about this, a later patch will move the code, fix it
so that checkpatch doesn't complain about that patch.  Do it in a separate
patch so the "move the code" patch is trivial to review using Git's diff
colouring.
