[PATCH 1/2] brief-yoctoprojectqs/index.rst: use pip to install bitbake-setup

[Antonin Godard]

bitbake-setup is now available on Pypi[1], so let's use it instead of
a clone of bitbake to use the CLI tool. Refresh commands in consequence.
Keep git clone instructions in a note as an alternative way of setting
things up.

It would be good to also mention how to update to latest release if
bitbake-setup is already installed (bitbake-setup will evolve with new
features and there may be failures due to outdated installations from
pip):

$ pip install -U bitbake-setup
(pip does not have a separate command for package updates

Hmm, as this is a quick build document, I think most people won't have
bitbake-setup already installed and our instructions show how to install it in a
new virtual environment anyway, however...

[PATCH 2/2] brief-yoctoprojectqs/index.rst: fix a replacement typo

These two replacements were missing the leading ";" which made them
appear with their name instead of resolved value.
