Update the sanitized kernel headers to the 7.2 release.
Add a HEADER_FETCH_VER mapping for major version 7 so the tarball is
fetched from the v7.x/ path on the kernel.org mirror; without it the
fetch fell through to the 2.6 default.

The riscv vDSO gained a CFI-instrumented build (VDSO_CFI_BUILD): when
enabled, arch/riscv/kernel/vdso/Makefile emits the offsets header as
include/generated/vdso-cfi-offsets.h instead of vdso-offsets.h. The
associated kbuild .cmd file records the full compiler invocation and
leaks TMPDIR / the build-host HOME into both the kernel-devsrc and
linux-headers packages, failing do_package_qa on qemuriscv64:
QA Issue: File .../include/generated/.vdso-cfi-offsets.h.cmd in package
kernel-devsrc contains reference to TMPDIR [buildpaths]
Remove it alongside the existing vdso*-offsets .cmd files. linux-headers
copies $kerneldir/build/* after this step, so dropping the build-tree
copy clears both packages. riscv-only today and a no-op (rm -f)
elsewhere, so it is safe for all architectures.

Since 7.2, arch/x86/tools/Makefile adds vdso2c to hostprogs with
"always-y := $(hostprogs)", so the archscripts target run by
"make scripts prepare" now always builds arch/x86/tools/vdso2c. Without
its sources in the devsrc tree the on-target prepare fails:
make[2]: *** No rule to make target 'arch/x86/tools/vdso2c.c', needed
by 'arch/x86/tools/vdso2c'. Stop.
Copy vdso2c.c and its vdso2c.h alongside the relocs sources; the
<tools/le_byteshift.h> dependency is already shipped. 6.18 and earlier
still have the sources (just unused there), so the copy is safe across
versions.

fwiw, I think the linux-atm should be dropped and vboxguestdrivers have to
compile differently for 7.x
I have taken care of this for meta-openembedded.

Thanks Bruce!
I'll probably merge this apart from the new 7.2 recipes since those are
throwing config warnings. I'll also try and add a "switch the defaults"
patch to get a bit more testing. I know qemuarm breaks with a config
warning, I'm not sure if there is more or not without wider testing.
