Remove pulseaudio and its Bluetooth modules from BT_COMMON as we
transition to PipeWire audio stack. pipewire-pulse and
pipewire-spa-plugins-bluez5 provide equivalent Bluetooth audio support.

Extend the PipeWire recipe to add platform-specific ALSA configuration
and service file. Service file added to start PipeWire as a system
service with proper socket dependency.
Add sink and source configuration for 8-channel audio playback and
capture on the AM62D2EVM as the default configuration is 2-channel.

Only these settings are AM62D specific here:
* api.alsa.path
* audio.channels and position (could be modified as needed)
Others could be left to default (most are redundant as they point to
default values and only added for reference) PipeWire: Index

I will experiment with other parameters later to see if they result in
any performance improvement.
Primary goal was to add 8-channel configuration for AM62D codec
otherwise AM62D also works with the default stereo config.
Same case for other platforms they can use default stereo config or
follow AM62D config for multichannel (depending on board codec)

Extend the wireplumber recipe to enable the session manager on all
plaorms and provide AM62D2 EVM specific audio initialization.
A set-audio-defaults.sh script is packaged to configure default audio
sinks and sources at runtime, managed by a dedicated systemd service
that runs after wireplumber starts.

Include PipeWire and WirePlumber as the default audio stack across all
platforms. This brings in the core PipeWire daemon, ALSA integration,
PulseAudio compatibility layer via pipewire-pulse, GStreamer plugin, SPA
plugins, and the WirePlumber session manager.
