Fix misspellings and repeated words in comments, found with
scripts/checkpatch.pl using the misspelling list in scripts/spelling.txt.
Comments only, no code changes.

Changes since v1:
 - dropped the drivers/net/ethernet/ibm/ibmvnic.h hunk.  Andrew Lunn
   asked for the networking change to go to netdev rather than through
   the powerpc tree, so it will be sent there separately.
