has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     proc-task_mmu-remove-unnecessary-inlines-in-function-definitions-fix.patch

This patch was dropped because an updated version will be issued

Uninlined drop_rcu() and reacquire_rcu() functions are not used when
CONFIG_PROC_PAGE_MONITOR=n. Exclure them in this configuration.
