CMake 4.4's FindPython3 correctly implements PEP 3149 SOABI naming for
cross-compiled Python extensions[0]. Python3_add_library(WITH_SOABI) now
generates the proper ABI suffix (e.g., cpython-314-aarch64-linux-gnu.so)
instead of bare .so which causes build failures.

Use wildcard pattern to match any SOABI-suffixed filename.
