The mkeficapsule tool is enabled in the U-Boot config for this board,
which needs GnuTLS. If GnuTLS is not present on the build host, it fails
with:
tools/mkeficapsule.c:20:10: fatal error: gnutls/gnutls.h: No such file or directory
Enable BR2_TARGET_UBOOT_NEEDS_GNUTLS, as the other i.MX93 defconfigs do.
