it happend during some heavy module load/unload stresstesting. (modprobe $module;modprobe -r $module in a loop, with a mostly allmodconfig kernel)
i do this from time to time just for fun to see if i can find any bugs and every time i catch some - so this keeps me doing it.
let`s call this "corner case testing" :)
