Implement the TIF_NOTIFY_RESUME thread flag, making it call do_notify_resume()
which then clears it. This will be added to later by utrace.

Also discard TIF_IRET as that's not used by FRV.

Don't turn on TIF_SYSCALL_TRACE unconditionally in syscall prologue in FRV's
entry.S. This was originally for debugging stuff and should have been removed
a long time ago.

This needs:
		tracehook_notify_resume(regs);

Not here, it doesn't. See patch #4.

Fixes for the FRV utrace/tracehook code:

 (1) Macro task_pt_regs()'s argument should be bracketed when used.

 (2) The dest data pointer for user_regset_copyin() should point to the place
     at which the data at position start_pos begins.

FYI you might want to remove the utrace in the patch descriptions. This
is only related to utrace in that utrace requires all architectures to
have new-style ptrace implementations, but as seen by the patches it's a
very good cleanup on it's own.
