Gfx-passtrought and stub-dm on xen 4 with kernel pv_ops work now on windows
domU? If yes when i can found good documentation of stub-dm for start test
it?

Pci passthrough should work with stubdoms therefore I think gfx
passthrough should work too.
There isn't much documentation but all you have to do is change the
qemu-dm line in your config file to point to stubdom-dm:
device_model = '/usr/lib/xen/bin/stubdom-dm'
