Hi, ALL:

I am porting Linux version 2.2.12 to Mips R3000 and need to build glibc
but I could not find the following files:

	glibc-2.0.6.tar.gz
            glibc-crypt-2.0.6.tar.gz
            glibc-localedata-2.0.6.tar.gz
 	glibc-linuxthreads-2.0.6.tar.gz
	glibc-2.0.6-mips.patch

If anyone know the place I caould get the files and let me know, I would
be greatly appreciated.

Thank you.

Steven Liu

Is there any specific way to check for AT_SECURE functionality in glibc?

http://www.mips.com/devTools/devArea/Linux.html states "The MIPS Linux
kernel is available based on both 2.2.12 and 2.4 releases, and is provided
as a reference for developers using Linux in a system based on a MIPS
Technologies core. It supports MIPS32 and MIPS64 CPUs..." Why are people
grabbing 2.2.12? Don't know, but 2.4 is available at
ftp://ftp.mips.com/pub/linux/mips/kernel/2.4/. Additional info is available
up a couple levels at ftp://ftp.mips.com/pub/linux/mips/. Enjoy...

Go to http://www.mips.com/ and look for the developer tools.

Hi,

this seems fixed in the current gcc-2.95.2pre sources. You can download the
Rev. 0g RPM's from <ftp://devel.linuxppc.org/users/fsirl/R5/RPMS/ppc/>,
that should fix it.

Franz.

Hi-
I'm working to try and get mozilla compiling on LinuxPPC again. Has anyone had any success getting glibc-2.1.2 to compile? There seems to be a bug in the current version of glibc(2.1.1-6c) and I was wondering if anyone had updated glibc?
