i try dosemu but the A and S button are not functioning,
i've searched the forum, but i don't understand what they are saying.

We don't know what causes it, just that it only happens for certain
keyboard definitions with dead keys, perhaps only if you use unicode on
the console.
The workaround is to edit ~/.dosemurc or /etc/dosemu/dosemu.conf
and change the line that says
# $_layout = "auto"
to
$_layout = "us"
or the country code that is appropriate for your keyboard.
