Hi,
Alsa's soundcard matrix is a collection of rows and you find the same
company link in dozens of rows. In my opinion one link would be enough and a
solution with bigger blocks should even decrease the big document size.
I mean something like the sane matrix at
http://www.mostang.com/sane/sane-backends.html
Another point I'm wondering about is the dt019x driver. There is no card for
this driver in the matrix (Avance ALS007, DT0196).
... and since release of rc3 the notes "Driver in CVS" are unnecessary.
