I would like to save iptables log messages into mysql database and see the 
result via php or cgi web site.
Do you have any solutions or related site?

I beleive this would work fine by (a) using -j ULOG and (b) creating a small 
perl/php/python/whatever script to log this into some dbms (preferably 
postgreSQL as mysql sucks big time :-)

i'm told that the latest version(s) are able to output into mysql.

you also could try
ACID at www.cert.org/kb/acid
or
SnortSnarf at www.silicondefense.com/snortsnarf
