Harry and Ami,
I was just checking out the possibility to see what the cost would be. I
will pose the question to the FSG to see if everyone thinks that it is
worth $250 to rent the penthouse. My guess is that no one will want to do
this, but I can certainly ask. We had actually talked about just meeting in
the lounge or a coffee shop, so this may be our best bet. So, don't do
anything and I will get back with you by the end of today. Thanks for
checking into this for us.
FSG members - please cast your vote on what to do.
Thanks,
Claudia

Claudia, as meeting fee costs have already been calculated and posted (and
re-calculated and reposted based on last minute request for phone ins)...
I'm going to recommend that FSG members absorb the cost of the additional
last minute room. Do you see a problem with this? I think we can rent you
the Penthouse Suite for an additional $250. Not sure how many members you
have to divide this among. Please advise. Recommend dividing among all FSG
attendees (ex. the Tuesday crowd). If it's a VERY small number that need
the breakout... you might want to consider using someone's sleeping room or
a lounge setting... but the Penthouse is likely a preferred option.

Updated FSG schedule for Portland
PWG meeting
Ami,
Here is an update to the agenda for the FSG meeting on Tuesday 6/17 in
Portland. Is it possible to update the PWG site with this information? We
had to add another topic so we squeezed some time out of the other topics
and did some rearranging to accomodate individual travel schedules. We also
added some items for Wednesday that will occur in parallel with the PWG
spec work that is occurring in the morning and the PWG IFX in the
afternoon. Is it possible to get a smaller room for Wednesday that is
separate from the main room?
Also, great news about the phone. Thanks! What phone number should everyone
call into?
Thank you.

I won't be there on Wednesday, so I vote no.
