This is my periodic request for help on tickets.
I've cleared up the backlog of 35+ unanswered tickets
but for some reason (gee maybe we need a release :)
tickets are really up, we are getting probably 15+ a week.
No experience necessary :)

How are tickets supposed to be answered? I didn't see how to do it on
the site, but I might have been missing something obvious.
