this is what i get...
Linux version 2.4.20-4GB-athlon (root@Athlon.suse.de) (gcc version 3.3
20030226 (prerelease) (SuSE Linux)) #1 Wed Aug 6 18:27:52 UTC 2003
linux:/ # reiserfsck --rebuild-tree --scan-whole-partition /dev/md0
reiserfsck 3.6.4 (2002 www.namesys.com)
*************************************************************
** Do not run rebuild-tree unless something is broken and **
** MAKE A BACKUP before using it. If you have bad sectors **
** on a drive it is usually a bad idea to continue using **
** it. Then you probably should get a working hard drive, **
** copy the file system from the bad drive to the good one **
** -- dd_rescue is a good tool for that -- and only then **
** run this program. **
** Additional ReiserFS support can be obtained from SuSE **
** or at www.namesys.com **
*************************************************************
Will rebuild the filesystem (/dev/md0) tree
Will put log info to 'stdout'

Please download newer reiserfsprogs from
ftp://ftp.namesys.com/pub/reiserfsprogs/reiserfsprogs-3.6.11.tar.gz
and check if the problem is still there.
No -> good for you
Yes -> does it happen always at the same block?
Yes -> it's probably faulty reiserfsprogs
No -> it's probably faulty hardware

Carl-Daniel
