it must have been this one:

it still applies to a 2.6.0test9 kernel (with just some "fuzz")

yes - tt-mode doesn`t seem to work on 2.6.0test9 - skas _does_ !

I have tt mode working on 2.6.0test9 to a stage where it is usable (it
crashes on shutdown).
