Ok, I've seen this error before with VT. There's something going on with
domains not fully being destroyed. I know Khoa is looking into something
similiar. Perhaps he's had some luck?

I've seen this when there were two entries in xenstore for domain0. 
Definitely try blowing away the store (rm -rf
/var/lib/xenstored/store/*) and then rebooting...
