this proposal is due in a few hours.....
It occurred to me that maybe others might also find it interesting to
sponsor.... I really think that this could be used to make Linux
distributions a lot more secure, especially if applied to every process
that accepts remote connections....

Sorry folks, it seems I experimented systematically with all of the ways
that our mailing list software can strip out attachments and block
emails. The message with the URL got through though....;-)
