Now it doesnt matter..... I took it out and into another machine temporarily, but.. now the disk doesnt power up(on any of the machines) Its an old disk so... Shit, Shit, Shit... Yesterday I needed to recover something, just when the hardware of the backup machine decided to eat the needed part of an archive. Anyway, you might want to try to get the drive running again with a swift turn around the vertical axle of the drive the moment it should spin up. It could be that it is just a bit stuck due to accumulated dust.
