That was a case of the written word not quite conveying what I was 
really thinking about / feeling. Certainly I am a little frustrated at 
some of the flaming going on. So I apologize for for misstating that. In 
my opinion it may behoove the relevant parties to take a "timeout" to 
all get in an private IRC channel and hash out the semantics of an 
'official' agreement draft ect. Having read Jeremy Hankins:

   It would seem to me this is about the only point that is really 
problematic. And this point IF I have read Hans postings correctly would 
seem to be a missunderstanding that can be corrected without too much 
hassle.  "a stitch in time saves nine" I believe the old saying goes. It 
would seem that if you can get with D-L and hash this out, then it would 
most likely end up in an agreement that would prove most beneficial to 
all parties involved. So taking a Mid Morning off to do a real time IRC 
with the appropriate parties would most likely save alot of headaches 
later on.
   Again my apologies for coming off as I did.
