Hi Alex,
I reply to mailing because your address is unreachable from me.
The evaluation board TB0229 has NEC's VR4131 as CPU. The PCI bridge is build in.
So I think you should read the CPU's manual instead of TB0229's manual.
Please read the chapter 17 of the following manual.
