Not too much to say in fact. It just
supresses the normal dosemu output
(whatever the DOS program writes to
the screen, goes no-where), and redirects
your COM1 to the terminal. So the
stdout of dosemu is what the program
sends to COM1, and whatever goes to
stdin, the program can read from COM1.
That way your telnet session talk to
COM1.
There is a vmodem.txt there somewhere,
that describes this in more details.
