OK, good to know.  But, for now, can we pull this out of -mm?  Or, at 
least that BUG_ON()?  DEBUG_PAGEALLOC is an awfully powerful debugging 
tool to just be removed like this.

OK, good to know.  But, for now, can we pull this out of -mm?  Or, at
