could some guys of you tell me who might be my next contact if I think I
might have found some race-condition in smp and the file-cache?

What kernel version?
If 2.4, try the 2.4 maintainer (Marcelo Tosatti).
If 2.6, try the 2.6 maintainer (Andrew Morton).
Or focus on the filesystem maintainer(s), depending on which
filesystem it is....
