When was the TODO list last updated? I checked a few items out to see
where I could start helping with the kernel. What I found suggested that
they were already completed when I checked this against Linus's tree.

At the top of the TODO list, it says:

   -==========-
  Kernel Janitor TODO list.
$Id: TODO,v 1.25 2004/12/29 23:03:14 domen Exp $
   -==========-

So updated Dec. 29, 2004.  However, it's always a good idea
to ask about projects, especially large ones, before spending
too much time on them.  I (often) go download and check
the -mm patchset before making patches.
