I will try the logbuffer.
Can i assign the logbuffer into SDRAM?

I think that it's not mean because of SDRAM is volatile memory.

How to use the Logbuffer? and which memory device?

Yes, this is where the logbuffer will be allocated:  at  the  top  of
your SDRAM.

But it gets refreshed :-)

The code should be pretty clear: the buffer gets allocated at the top
of RAM.
