Well, it's really bad that you say so IMHO. But it's just my opinion.
In fact, i agree, probably i'm alone who uses HFS in Russia so this is
only my problem and you don't want to take care about the minority of users.
In this case i can just say "ok" about integrating your version of the
patch (which you already presented here). I will test 2.6.12 with it
when it becomes stable and probably introduce another NLS module which
will actually make this working for me. I see no sense in mere
duplication of your work.
