Use utf-8 or some custon NLS module koi8-r-mac ? I already said: okay.

I think my solution is the best. This is why i implemented it. And i
tried to defend it. Well, you're the boss here and of course your
opinion has a weight over my one. Well, i agree. I will write one more
new NLS.
