Hello,
I currently have a problem with getting btsoc to work with my new
handset. I get the following error,
root@ultralight:/dev/snd# /opt/btsco/bin/btsco 00:0E:A1:02:B8:7A
Error: btsco open (2-0): No such device or address
A strace reveals the following,
stat64("/usr/share/alsa/alsa.conf", {st_mode=S_IFREG|0644,
st_size=7467, ...}) = 0
open("/dev/snd/controlC2", O_RDONLY) = 3
close(3) = 0
open("/dev/snd/hwC2D0", O_RDWR) = -1 ENXIO (No such device or
address)
open("/dev/snd/controlC2", O_RDONLY) = 3
close(3) = 0
open("/dev/snd/hwC2D0", O_RDWR) = -1 ENXIO (No such device or
address)
write(2, "Error: ", 7Error: ) = 7
write(2, "btsco open (2-0): No such device"..., 44btsco open (2-0): No
such device or address
) = 44
write(2, "\n", 1
) = 1
exit_group(-1) = ?
So I checked out my /dev/snd/hwC2D0
root@ultralight:/dev/snd# ls hwC2D0 -l
crw-rw---- 1 root audio 116, 68 2005-06-30 04:25 hwC2D0
Which seems fine.
I have tried using both in tree kernel alsa and out of tree alsa, both
have the same problem.
I'm using btsoc from CVS as of today (dmesg reports "snd-bt-sco revision
1.6 $") and alsa version 1.0.8 with a 2.6.9 kernel with software suspend
and ACPI.
I'm using a MSI BuToes USB dongle, which gives the following
