[KJ] new -kj maintainer, Alexey Dobriyan

Hi folks!

It's time to pass on the joy (or should I say burden? :-) ) of
maintaining -kj patchset. It was fun and I learned lots of new
stuff.

So... the new maintainer is:
Alexey Dobriyan

He's been active janitor for quite some time (as you should know),
and I'm sure he'll make a good maintainer.

You can now start patch bombing this list, to stress-test him ;-)

I'll try very hard.

I guess my first -kj will be against -rc1 or some -git, because grokking
Domen's hacks and refreshing current -kj tarball in my memory will
require some time.

But if you have a useful patch, send it. Why wait?
