[TRIVIAL] Error checks omitted in init_tmpfs() in mm/tiny-shmem.c

The existing code in init_tmpfs() in mm/tiny-shmem.c does not handle the 
cases when the calls to register_filesystem() and kern_mount() fail. 
This patch adds those checks.
