Hi,

The P2600/TCG/PWG meeting will take place on Monday to Friday
3-7 April 2006, with the PWG Plenary on Thursday morning, in
Mt. Laurel, NJ.

The OSDL Printing Summit will take place the _following_ week
on Monday to Wednesday 10-12 April 2006, in Atlanta, GA.

The PWG would welcome the participation of FSG Open Printing
in a joint plenary on Thursday 6 April.

Please consider your travel plans and notify Norm Jacobs (for
FSG/OP) and Ira McDonald (for PWG).

Many thanks,
- Ira

Hi,

Colocation with the P2600/TCG/PWG meeting wasn't possible, because
Linux World Expo is the same week (oops!), so too many conflicts.

Cheers,
- Ira

Thanks to those that attended the call this morning and helped us to
settle on a time and location for the OSDL Printing Summit.

   Date: April 10-12
   Location: Atlanta, GA (Lanier facility)

April 10-12 is the week after LinuxWorld Expo, so hopefully this will
allow some that travel across the pond to make a single trans-atlantic
flight.

More logistical information will be coming out as they are nailed down,
but you should be able to mark your calendars and start making travel
arrangements where it makes sense.

Invitations with the latest logistical information will be out prior to
January 20. The following is a list of names that have been contacted
and/or on the desktop_printing list. Please let me know if there are
others that should be informed or invited to the summit.

What do you think, should I also participate on the PWG/FSG OpenPrinting
joint plenary? Or on other FSG OpenPrinting sessions before the Printing
Summit (if there are some)? Would there be sponsoring for the extension
of my travel?

Great, thank you in advance for your help.

Most mailing lists require to be subscribed to be allowed to post
without moderator approval. This is against spam, much simpler than
setting up a content filter.

I think this answer by me will at least get posted to printing-architecture.
