Hi all,

I am getting this error with qemu 0.7 and 0.8 :

make[1]: Entering directory `/home/cartman/qemu-0.8.0/i386-user'
gcc -g -Wl,-shared -o qemu-i386 elfload.o main.o syscall.o mmap.o signal.o
path.o osdep.o thunk.o vm86.o libqemu.a gdbstub.o -lm
/usr/bin/ld: errno: TLS definition in /lib/libc.so.6 section .tbss mismatches
non-TLS reference in libqemu.a(helper2.o)
/lib/libc.so.6: could not read symbols: Bad value
collect2: ld returned 1 exit status
make[1]: *** [qemu-i386] Error 1
make[1]: Leaving directory `/home/cartman/qemu-0.8.0/i386-user'
make: *** [all] Error 1

Googling a bit shows that this might be a bug in binutils but my binutils is
recent enough :

GNU assembler version 2.16.1 (i686-pc-linux-gnu) using BFD version 2.16.1

Any ideas what might be wrong?

Regards,
ismail
